Turnaround
- Standard turnaround is agreed by email after you submit your request.
- Urgent requests may be available with an express fee (where feasible).
- If a deadline is critical, mention it in your brief.
Delivery
- Deliverables are provided digitally (email and/or shared link).
- For services: you receive an edited file and/or tracked changes as agreed.
- For digital products: you receive downloadable files (PDF/DOCX, etc.).
Refunds
- Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- For services, refunds depend on work commenced and scope agreed.
- If something is unclear, contact us and we’ll resolve it fairly.
Privacy
- Your documents are used only to provide the requested service.
- Examples shown in portfolios should be fictional or fully anonymised.
- If you require stricter confidentiality, mention it in your request.
